कदम 3: सकारात्मक आदतें बनाएं

छोटे-छोटे काम नियमित रूप से करने से बड़े बदलाव आते हैं।

• सुबह की दिनचर्या: ध्यान, जर्नलिंग या व्यायाम से दिन की शुरुआत करें।

• स्वास्थ्य का ध्यान: पोषणयुक्त खाना, व्यायाम और अच्छी नींद लें।

• समय प्रबंधन: कैलेंडर, टू-डू लिस्ट या ऐप का उपयोग करें।

FORMER PM MANMOHAN SINGH DEATH

 

Dr. Manmohan Singh Passed Away: पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री मनमोहन सिंह का गुरुवार को निधन हो गया है। तबीयत बिगड़ने के बाद देर शाम उन्हें दिल्ली के AIIMS में भर्ती कराया गया है, जहां डॉक्टरों ने उन्हें मृत घोषित कर दिया। वह 92 वर्ष के थे और लंबे समय से बीमार चल रहे थे।

नई दिल्ली: भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह का निधन हो गया है। गुरुवार शाम करीब 8 बजे उन्हें दिल्ली के अखिल भारतीय आयुर्विज्ञान संस्थान (AIIMS) के इमरजेंसी वार्ड में भर्ती कराया गया था। डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह, दो बार देश के प्रधानमंत्री रह चुके हैं। वे लंबे समय से स्वास्थ्य समस्याओं से जूझ रहे थे। वह कई बार स्वास्थ्य कारणों से अस्पताल में भर्ती कराए जा चुके थे। उधर डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह के निधन की खबर सामने आने के बाद पूरे देश में शोक की लहर देखने को मिल रही है।

मनमोहन सिंह भारत गणराज्य के १३वें प्रधानमन्त्री थे। साथ ही साथ वे एक अर्थशास्त्री भी हैं। लोकसभा चुनाव २००९ में मिली जीत के बाद वे जवाहरलाल नेहरू के बाद भारत के पहले ऐसे प्रधानमन्त्री बने, जिनको पाँच वर्षों का कार्यकाल सफलता पूर्वक पूरा करने के बाद लगातार दूसरी बार प्रधानमंत्री बनने का अवसर मिला था।

पूर्व पीएम राजीव गांधी की सरकार में वह 1985 से 1987 तक भारतीय योजना आयोग के प्रमुख के पद पर भी रहे। उन्होंने संयुक्त राष्ट्र के साथ भी काम किया। इसके अलावा वह 1982 से 1985 तक भारतीय रिजर्व बैंक (आरबीआई) के गवर्नर भी रहे। इस दौरान उन्होंने बैंकिंग क्षेत्र में कई सुधार किए। जिसके लिए उन्हें आज भी याद किया जाता है।

डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह भारत के पूर्व प्रधानमंत्री और जाने-माने अर्थशास्त्री थे। उन्होंने 1991 में देश के आर्थिक सुधारों में महत्वपूर्ण भूमिका निभाई। वित्त मंत्री के रूप में, उन्होंने उदारीकरण, निजीकरण और वैश्वीकरण की नीतियों को लागू किया, जिससे भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को नई दिशा मिली। उन्हें उनके योगदान के लिए कई प्रतिष्ठित पुरस्कारों से सम्मानित किया गया, जिसमें पद्म विभूषण भी शामिल है। 1991 में, पीवी नरसिम्हा राव की सरकार में वित्त मंत्री के रूप में, डॉ. मनमोहन सिंह ने भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था को नया रूप दिया। उन्होंने उदारीकरण, निजीकरण और वैश्वीकरण की नीतियों को अपनाया। इन नीतियों ने देश की अर्थव्यवस्था को वैश्विक बाजार के लिए खोल दिया। इससे निजी क्षेत्र को बढ़ावा मिला और विदेशी निवेश को आकर्षित किया गया। इससे भारतीय अर्थव्यवस्था में तेजी से विकास हुआ।
